Recent posts have falsely alleged that this podcast “accuses children of crimes.” That is categorically untrue. Nothing in this series has ever — nor will it ever — accuse any child of criminal conduct. This podcast examines a documented smear campaign, the pattern of misrepresentation and manipulation behind it, and how those online actions escalated into real-world harm.

For more than three years, the individual making these claims has publicly accused me of child abuse — specifically of abusing her own children — without presenting a shred of evidence. I have the legal and moral right to correct the record and to tell the truth about how she repeatedly involved her children in a campaign of lies and public spectacle. Discussing those actions is not defamation of children. It is accountability for the adult who placed them in the middle of manufactured chaos.

No child has ever been slandered or defamed by this podcast. The claim itself is absurd given the content and context of this project. In fact, every episode begins with a disclaimer making clear that the identity of anyone under 18 will never be revealed. The only reason children are mentioned at all is because of the defendant’s own repeated decision to force their involvement.
